I have totally let myself go. Its my own fault. I am lazy. I love TV, Chinese food and drinking heavily. Shockingly this has led me to look and feel less than awesome.
Now its time to reverse the damage. FUCK! So long couch potato, binge drinking and food that makes me feel like shit. I am going to be cranky and pissed off. But I am tired of comforting myself with junk food and DVR.
I don't pretend that I am morbidly obese and grossly overweight. I'm not. I am just unhappy with how I look. So here it goes. Back to greatness.
